From File to Casting

What Happens After You Send a Model

Every part above started as a customer file. None of them are our own designs — they are jobs that came in, were tooled and now run in production.

You Send the 3D File

STEP, IGES, Parasolid or a native CAD file. We check draft, wall thickness and where the parting line has to fall before quoting — not after.

We Build the Tooling

Pattern and core boxes made in-house. On a 3D file there is no measuring stage, so this is the fastest route from enquiry to first sample.

First Article, Then the Batch

A sample casting off the production tooling, dimensioned against your model. Once it is signed off the same tooling runs the batch.

Nothing you send us is published. These eleven are shown with the customer's agreement, and no files can be downloaded from this page.
