Every wet-end shell we cast, from squared booster bodies to long-head barrels and the covers and flange parts that close them.
Everything here is cast to a customer drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample — we publish no catalogue of standard parts, because there aren't any.

Send What You Have
A drawing, a 3D file, a nameplate photo or the worn part itself. We list what is dimensioned and what has to be confirmed before we quote.
Tooling Built In-House
Pattern and core boxes made here, from your geometry. On a 3D file there is no measuring stage, so it is the fastest route to a first sample.
First Article, Then the Batch
A sample off the production tooling, dimensioned against your drawing. Signed off, the same tooling runs the batch — minimum 100 pieces.
Which Body Do You Have?
| Construction | How you recognise it | Typical reason it was chosen |
|---|---|---|
| Square casing | Flat outer walls, square footprint | Two or more pumps sharing one skid |
| Volute casing | Round body, spiral scroll inside | Standard end-suction hydraulics |
| Jet pump casing | Threaded port boss, ejector inside | Self-priming domestic and garden duty |
| Long-head casing | Extended barrel ahead of the volute | Higher head from the same frame |
| Short-head casing | Compact, short overall length | Envelope limit on a packaged set |
| Elbow-flange body | Lies horizontal, elbow cast in | Discharge has to turn inside the pump |
| Side-inlet body | Suction boss on the side, not the end | Pump sits tight against a wall |
