Housings, extended housings, motor brackets and bearing covers.
Everything here is cast to a customer drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample — we publish no catalogue of standard parts, because there aren't any.

Bearing Housing
Machined bearing seats, an oil sump and a foot rigid enough to hold both in line.

Extended Bearing Housing
A longer barrel, putting the bearing centre further out from the wet end.

Bearing Cover
Closes the housing: seal recess, spigot register, grease boss.

Send What You Have
A drawing, a 3D file, a nameplate photo or the worn part itself. We list what is dimensioned and what has to be confirmed before we quote.
Tooling Built In-House
Pattern and core boxes made here, from your geometry. On a 3D file there is no measuring stage, so it is the fastest route to a first sample.
First Article, Then the Batch
A sample off the production tooling, dimensioned against your drawing. Signed off, the same tooling runs the batch — minimum 100 pieces.
Standard or Extended?
| Question | Standard housing | Extended housing |
|---|---|---|
| Fluid temperature | Ambient to warm | Hot — bearings moved away from the wet end |
| Seal chamber | Packing or a compact seal | Room for a cartridge seal |
| Shaft overhang | Shorter, stiffer | Longer — housing section goes up to compensate |
| Interchangeable? | — | No. Foot pitch and bearing centres both differ |
