Twin-Outlet Pump Head
Two discharge ports coming off one chamber, with the parting line forced to run between them. That single constraint is most of the tooling work in this part.
With one outlet you put the parting line wherever the draw is easiest. With two, the line has to thread between both ports and still leave draft on each. Get it wrong and you are either pulling a loose piece for every mould or cleaning a flash line off the inside of a port that nobody can reach.
The envelope is 135 × 112 × 213 mm at around 3.0 kg in grey iron. Both ports are cored and finish-machined; the chamber face behind them is on the same bolt circle as the single-outlet bodies in this family.

What Is Difficult About This One
Every casting has one or two features that decide whether the batch repeats. On this part they are these.
Parting line between the ports
Both ports draw from the same line with draft on each. This is decided at pattern stage — it cannot be fixed later on the moulding line.
Two cores, one print
The outlet passages share a core print so they cannot be assembled out of position relative to each other.
Flow split has to be symmetric
The two passages are cast, not machined. If the cores shift, one outlet flows more than the other and no amount of machining afterwards puts it back.
Alloy Options
The same geometry is a different part in three different plants. Chloride content, abrasion and temperature drive the choice — not the name of the fluid.
